Adrian deals with residential conveyancing matters including buying and selling freehold properties and leasehold properties and legal charges and also deeds of variation / lease extensions and remortgages. He has over 25 years’ experience in conveyancing.

Wills, Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney & Notary Public Services

The firm offers comprehensive, easy to understand advice dealing with the preparation of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney as well as offering sympathetic and efficient advice and help in dealing with the administration of an estate and ensuring the wishes of the deceased are implemented, including tax issues.

The firm can also provide any notary services that may be needed in relation to transactions involving countries abroad. Notary work is separately regulated by the Faculty Office of the Archbishop of Canterbury, rather than by the Solicitors’ Regulation Authority.

SIMON WOLFE is head of the firm’s probate department, joining the firm as a partner in 2020. Simon qualified as a solicitor in 1981, dealing in most fields thereafter including litigation and non-contentious work, family law and criminal defence work.

In 2007 Simon qualified as a Notary Public and from 2018 Simon has solely focused on private client work, dealing with estate work as well as preparing Powers of Attorney and Wills.

Simon has 40 years’ experience and believes the law is as much a vocation as a career, this passion and desire to improve people’s lives continuing to influence his work.
